Out-of-town Buyers typically follow a similar path on their way to purchasing a home in the Prescott area. After discovering our hometown from friends, family, or through numerous magazine list articles, they jump on Realtor.com or Zillow and start browsing through the lists of current homes for sale. After spotting one or more homes that capture their imagination, they call a realtor with their list and line up a visit. While this approach may eventually lead to their new address, we’ve found that taking a step back and sizing up neighborhoods first is a smarter tactic. Once our clients have narrowed down their preferred list to neighborhoods that will support their lifestyle, it’s much easier to find the home of their dreams.
